Delete your account
Use this page to permanently delete your The Clinic account and personal data. No app install required.
Warning:
This action is final and cannot be undone. Your account will be closed and your personal data erased immediately.
What gets deleted
- Name, email, phone, address, date of birth, gender and marital status
- Profile photo, identity photos and uploaded files
- Saved bank and payment details
- Saved addresses, notifications and push tokens
- Patient details attached to consultations (name, phone, ID number and image)
- Account access — permanently closed and cannot be restored
What is retained and why
Medical records (reports, prescriptions, test requests) and financial invoices are retained as required by medical and accounting record-keeping law, but with all identifying information removed. They are permanently erased 10 years after deletion.
Before you delete
- Finish or cancel any ongoing consultation.
- Withdraw any wallet balance — it cannot be recovered after deletion.
You can also delete your account from inside the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account.
