Delete your account

Use this page to permanently delete your The Clinic account and personal data. No app install required.

Warning: This action is final and cannot be undone. Your account will be closed and your personal data erased immediately.

Your password is used to verify your identity. If you forgot it, reset it from the app first.

What gets deleted

  • Name, email, phone, address, date of birth, gender and marital status
  • Profile photo, identity photos and uploaded files
  • Saved bank and payment details
  • Saved addresses, notifications and push tokens
  • Patient details attached to consultations (name, phone, ID number and image)
  • Account access — permanently closed and cannot be restored

What is retained and why

Medical records (reports, prescriptions, test requests) and financial invoices are retained as required by medical and accounting record-keeping law, but with all identifying information removed. They are permanently erased 10 years after deletion.

Before you delete

  • Finish or cancel any ongoing consultation.
  • Withdraw any wallet balance — it cannot be recovered after deletion.

You can also delete your account from inside the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account.
